Ticket Type

The ticket includes access to all lectures, refreshments and drinks during breaks and lunch. Discounted tickets do not apply to companies/organizations payments. In such cases, the regular price should also apply to employees who are students.

Corporate or organizational purchases
of 10 or more tickets

If you wish to make a bulk payment on behalf of a company, via bank transfer, for the purchase of 10 or more participation tickets, please send an email with the following details:
Company/Organization Name, Number of Tickets, and Contact Person Details (Name, Mobile, Email).

After the payment is processed, you will receive individual registration codes for each participant to continue the registration process on the website.

Cancellation Policy :

Cancellations submitted via email by June 15, 2025, will be eligible for a refund of the participation fee, less a 100 ILS handling charge. Refunds will be processed within 60 days following the conference.
Cancellations received on or after June 15, 2025, will incur a full cancellation fee equivalent to the ticket price, due to non-refundable commitments with third parties.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant under the same payment.

If you need the invoice issued to a company or to an academic institution,
please ensure the correct name of your organization with the company registration number (ח.פ) is provided.
Once confirmed, the name cannot be changed. Please Double-check this information, especially if seeking reimbursement.
